It can be used on areas including the shoulder, neck, elbow, back, knee, hamstring and foot.

The tape features a strong adhesive that provides reliable fixation during activity. Its breathable construction allows sweat to pass through, while the water-resistant material allows it to remain in place during everyday activities. Depending on application and skin condition, it can remain on the skin for approximately 2–5 days.

Directions for Use:
Apply to clean, dry skin free from oils, creams and moisture. Cut the required length and apply according to the appropriate kinesiology taping technique. Avoid stretching the ends of the tape and rub the applied tape firmly to activate the adhesive. For sensitive skin, test a small area before full application.
