Which products are available for online purchase?

Only non-prescription (over-the-counter) products and pharmacy-related items are available for purchase through our online store. Prescription-only medicines are strictly excluded from online sales and may only be supplied in person at the pharmacy, in accordance with applicable legislation. 

Do you provide delivery services across Cyprus?

Yes. We provide delivery throughout Cyprus via the Box Now automated locker service.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are delivered within two (2) working days from order confirmation, subject to product availability and courier conditions.

How does Box Now delivery operate?

Orders are delivered to a Box Now locker selected by the customer during checkout. Once the order is delivered, the customer receives a notification with instructions for secure collection. Responsibility for timely collection rests with the customer. 

Is in-store collection available?

Yes. Customers may select the Click & Collect option and collect their order in person from Ifigenia Gritzali Pharmacy during operating hours.
