Directions for Use:
Ensure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry before application. Remove the protective backing and place the insoles inside the shoes with the gel side facing down and the fabric side facing up. Position them securely and press firmly into place. Reposition if necessary. Replace the insoles when they show signs of wear or when cushioning performance decreases.
