Almora PLUS® sachet is a food supplement that contains a combination of electrolytes (Na, K, Cl) and glucose for the body hydration and replenishment of lost amounts of electrolytes.
It can be used in all cases of dehydration where recovery and / or maintenance of fluids and electrolytes is required, such as::
- Cases of diarrhea or vomiting.
- Conditions accompanied by excessive fluids and electrolytes loss within a short time.
- During sports and intense work.
- At heat waves and high ambient temperatures.
Dosage:
- Diarrhea: After 3-4 defecations, 2 -5 sachets almora PLUS® within 24 hours, following usage instructions (1 sachet dissolved in 200ml of water).
- Vomiting: 1 almora PLUS® sachet dissolved in 200ml of water. The solution should be administered slowly by a teaspoon (1 teaspoon every 3 minutes).
- Sports: 1 almora PLUS® sachet dissolved in 200ml of water, mainly for children during or after exercise or intense activity.
- Heat waves: 1-5 sachets per day to be given precautionally in infants over 2 months old, to elderly & children who are in constant motion and sweat excessively. For mild to moderate cases, usually 1 litter of almora PLUS® solution (5 sachets) per day is sufficient.
For children with body weight up to 20kgr almora PLUS® sachet dosage should be individualized in order to meet individual’s needs. Indicative dosage recommendations based on the following table:

The daily dosage should not exceed 10 sachets per day. Strawberry flavour.

Product use by diabetics needs caution as it contains glucose.
