Nelsons Arnicare® Arnica Cooling Gel is a topical gel containing Arnica montana extract, combined with natural grapefruit oil and menthol. It’s designed to provide a cooling, refreshing relief to tired, aching muscles and heavy legs, especially after exercise or extended periods on your feet

• Arnica montana extract (approx. 0.9% w/v tincture) — traditional herbal remedy used to alleviate bruising, muscle strain, and stiffness

• Menthol — delivers a cooling sensation and helps soothe the skin.

• Grapefruit (Citrus grandis) peel oil — enhances the refreshing aroma and complements the cooling effect.

• Supportive excipients: aqua, denatured alcohol, triethanolamine, polysorbate 20, carbomer crosspolymer, and essential oil components like limonene, citral, linalool
